Getting everyone confirmed is the faff, a Saturday fourball or the society's summer meet, it doesn't matter which. Sixty messages deep in the group chat, one maybe, one drop out, and you're the one holding the whole thing in your head. Teegethr takes that admin off your plate: one place for the round, so everyone can see the plan and grab a spot. The game's still yours. We just kill the chasing.
How it works
Post the tee time
Course, date, time, and how many spots. Five decisions, about thirty seconds, and the tee time stays in the course's own timezone so nobody turns up an hour out.
Share the link
One link into the society WhatsApp group. It previews with the round on it, and shows who's in and what's left.
They grab a spot
Your mates claim their own spots without asking you first. Once it's full the rest join the waitlist in order, and if someone drops out the next person moves up automatically.
Nothing to install to join
The person organising needs the app. The mates claiming a spot don't, and that is permanent rather than a beta shortcut. They tap the link, put in a name and a mobile number, and they're on the sheet.
No sign-in, no download
A spot is claimed from the link itself. No account, no password, and no code sent to your phone before you can say you're in. Your mates are already in the group chat and that is where it stays.
Their record follows them
If someone does get the app later, the rounds they claimed by link come with them, matched on the number they used. Nobody starts from nothing for having joined the easy way.
For hosts
You know who you are, the one who books the tee time, counts the heads and chases the stragglers. Post the round once and your society sorts itself onto the sheet, so you go back to being one of the players.
The waitlist referees itself
When the fourball is full, everyone else joins the waitlist in order. If someone drops out the next person moves up automatically. Nobody has to spot the message first, and you don't have to decide who was quickest.
The mate who'll never install anything
Add him to the sheet by name yourself. Put his mobile in too and he can pick the spot up later on his own phone, but he doesn't need an account, and you don't need to nag him into getting one.
Built for societies
A society board is not a public listing. Yours is invite only, the rounds on it are your society's, and members see what's theirs and nothing else.
You choose who's in it
Membership is approved, not open. Requests come to you, you approve or decline them, and until you do nobody is on the board.
Strangers see the round, not your members
Anyone with the link sees the club, the time, the host and how many spots have gone, which is everything they need to decide. They never see the names of the people who have claimed.
Your passport
The reason to come back. Log a round and it's stamped: the courses you've ticked off, the rounds behind you, and how your scores are trending. It's yours, and it keeps counting long after the round itself is forgotten.
Your golfing life, kept.
The part of your golfing life that usually gets lost, the courses, the rivalries, the seasons, Teegethr keeps. You play; it does the remembering.

Your passport keeps every round you log and every course you tick off, with your scores plotted so you can see which way the year is going. Three thousand UK courses are in there waiting to be ticked.

A page for you and every playing partner: your first round together, the courses you've shared, your most played course, and the head to head record that's been stacking up for years. And it's all been counting, quietly, even when you weren't.
Your society
Your society's almanac, writing itself. The rounds you have played as a group, who has won and played the most, and the course records, split by format so they compare like with like.

We're in beta, so here is what isn't finished rather than only what is. Both of these are being built and tested now, and neither is in your hands yet.
Scoring with handicaps
Stableford, medal, betterball and match play, with shots allocated by stroke index off the tee you actually played, so a game between different handicaps is scored properly rather than argued about.
Weather and the last tee before dark
The forecast for your round, and whether your tee time finishes in the light, on the round itself.
